How to Contact Support

The best way is to start a conversation via our Live Chat.

There are two ways to reach us:

  1. The fast way – Start a conversation from our Live Chat (click the blue message button in the bottom right hand corner)
  2. The slow way – Write an email to [email protected]

The fast way

For support, we use a system called HelpCrunch, where we can see all your data and your account status. If you use HelpCrunch to reach us, you’ll receive help faster (0-5 hours).

So how do you send us a message via HelpCrunch? It's really easy.

Click the blue Message Icon in the bottom right hand corner.

After you click on the icon, our support chat window will appear.

You’ll literally chat with us. Since we can see all of your data through HelpCrunch, the troubleshooting process will be much faster than via email.

The slow way

If you prefer to contact us via email, despite all the benefits of using our integrated support chat, you can reach us at [email protected] 

Please note that answering emails might take up to 24-48 hours. So if your issue is urgent, we recommend using the built-in Live Chat.
