There are two ways to reach us:

- The slow way – Write an email to email@example.com
The fast way
For support, we use a system called HelpCrunch, where we can see all your data and your account status. If you use HelpCrunch to reach us, you’ll receive help faster (0-5 hours).
So how do you send us a message via HelpCrunch? It's really easy.
Click the blue Message Icon in the bottom right hand corner.
After you click on the icon, our support chat window will appear.
You’ll literally chat with us. Since we can see all of your data through HelpCrunch, the troubleshooting process will be much faster than via email.
The slow way
If you prefer to contact us via email, despite all the benefits of using our integrated support chat, you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that answering emails might take up to 24-48 hours. So if your issue is urgent, we recommend using the built-in Live Chat.
Why don't you offer phone support?
Call centres are expensive. In order to keep the price of our products low, we have to keep running costs low. Instead, we have a full suite of self-help Articles in our Operations Manual - please make use of the search function. If you can't find what you're looking for, get in touch with us via Live Chat.
