Select "Calculate Automatically" and it will then recalculate every time you enter a new flight (or update any settings etc).

OR

If your computer is slow, sluggish, or freezing, you can set it to "Calculate before Saving" or only when you click the "Recalculate All" button in the Formulas menu.
