Support Limitations

Our no-subscription business model is based on providing customers with the tools, knowledge and education to maintain and customize their own logbook, specific to their needs.

The primary source of our Support is contained within the Operations Manual.

We DO provide Agent Support for:

  • Any Software or Service defects
  • Customizations listed in the Operations Manual only.

We DO NOT provide Agent Support for:

  • Migrating/Converting individual hours from another logbook programme (we do provide instructions, but do not offer a migration service - where we convert the logbook for you)
  • Custom Modifications (outside of the scope of the Products Features and Operations Manual)
  • Developing new features specific for each customer

We do strive to continually improve our Products and we welcome all Feedback and Comments.
